YEYMAPS TECHNOLOGY HUB

THE MAP

yey'maps has been developed from scratch using the powerful Openlayers API for its mapping component.

OpenLayers makes it easy to put a dynamic map on any web page. It can display map tiles, vector data, and markers loaded from any source. OpenLayers has been developed to further the use of geographic information of all kinds. It is a free, Open Source JavaScript, released under the 2-clause BSD License (also known as the FreeBSD).

GEOSPATIAL ANALYSIS

yey'maps is using GDAL to import and export geodata and to perform geospatial analysis.

GDAL is a translator library for raster and vector geospatial data formats that is released under an X/MIT style Open Source License by the Open Source Geospatial Foundation.

CLOUD TECHNOLOGY

yey'maps and its data are hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

It takes advantage of the vast possibilities attached to cloud technology, including Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database, Azure Files, and Azure AI.

DEVELOPMENT

Our development team is front and center of what we do every day to help our clients make their work more efficient.

Our development projects are organized and run on the principles of the Scrum framework.

This reflects we believe that there is always a way to make things better. No matter what.

QGIS DESKTOP GIS

yey'maps is specialized in using GSI data in the cloud.

Whenever our users need to perform tasks that can't be done in yey'maps we recommend using QGIS.

You can use QGIS to tap directly into data that is stored in yey'maps. Integrating yey'maps data in QGIS is one of our major goals. And we are getting better at it every single day.
